extra character: +80% of the base price
outfit design: pricing will be discussed
detailed props: ≥10$ - mobility aids will not require a fee
elaborate backgrounds: pricing will be based on level of detail
TERMS OF SERVICE: COMMISSIONS
when commissioning me (The artist), you (the client) agree to the following:
general terms
✦ the artist retains full copyright of the artwork and may post it to social media and use it in portfolios.✦ the client may ask to keep the artwork private.✦ commissions are for personal use only, any commercial use of the artwork is prohibited unless a commercial fee has been agreed upon and paid.✦ all commissions are digital artworks and will be received as such.✦ these terms of service may change at any time. the client is bound to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase of their commission.✦ the artist has the right to deny any commission request without explanation.
usage rights
✦ commercial rights will have to be discussed with the artist - the final fee will depend on what the intended usage is.✦ the client is allowed to use the artwork as a profile picture/banner on their social media (private or professional) where credit must always be given to the artist (sawbits).✦ the artwork is not allowed to be edited in any way by the client or any other parties - unless permission has explicitly been given by the artist beforehand.✦ all custom character designs come with full commercial rights by default. the artist must always be credited for the artwork.
commission process
✦ the client will receive their commission within 1 month. the artist is responsible for communicating any delays to the client.✦ after the sketch has been approved, larger revisions may result in an extra fee.✦ the client will be asked for approval at different stages of the commission process, and is responsible for communicating any needed revisions.✦ the finished piece will be sent to the client through email in png format.
payment and refunds
✦ payment is upfront through paypal invoice.✦ the client may always ask for a price quote before committing to their purchase.✦ the client cannot request a refund if unsatisfied with the finished result of the commission.✦ if the artwork cannot be completed by the artist, the client will be contacted and refunded.

TERMS OF SERVICE: ADOPTABLES
when buying an adoptable from me (the artist), you (the client) agree to the following:
✦ if the client is buying the adoptable for a third party (i.e. friend, family, or similar), the intended owner of the character will have to agree to these terms in order to purchase the adoptable. in this case, the ownership of the adoptable will transfer to the intended owner and not the buyer.✦ any eventual ownership disputes will not be handled by the artist.✦ the artist retains full copyright of the artwork and may post it to social media and use it in portfolios.✦ design and art credit must always be given to the artist for the artwork and adoptable design. if the design is reworked in the future, the new design should not be attributed to the artist.✦ the artists artwork of the character may not be edited by the client or any other parties. the client may request edits from the artist if needed.✦ the character may be used for commercial projects - the artwork by the artist cannot. i.e. the character has to be drawn by someone else to be used in commercial projects.✦ these terms of service may change at any time. the client is bound to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase of the adoptable.✦ exceptions to these terms can be discussed with the artist, either prior to or following the purchase. only written agreements will apply.
